Onboarding with Topsheet

1. DOWNLOAD APP

Use the download link from the invite text message or find Topsheet on the App or Google Play store.

2. SIGN UP FOR TOPSHEET

Create Account

Create an account and receive a verification code through text message to verify your device and account. For iOS users, make sure you enable push notifications in the next step to receive alerts for all your projects.

3. JOIN YOUR PROJECT

Join Project

From the Notifications tab, you will be able to view all of your project invites. Accept or decline and view your accepted projects from the Projects tab. You can also directly view all your pending invites if needed.

4. PROVIDE BANKING INFORMATION

Update your bank information to process your payroll. From the Profiles tab, tap the gear icon on the top right to access Account Details. Click on Bank Information and update as necessary.

5. PROVIDE TAX INFORMATION

Update your W4/W9 information to process your payroll. From the Profiles tab, tap the gear icon on the top right to access Account Details. Update either W4 or W9 information as needed.

6. VIEW CALL SHEETS

Callsheet

From the Home tab, your call sheets will be displayed by the dates on the calendar. Tap the image banner to view your call sheet. You can also view any past or future dates by tapping on the grey notch in the top middle of the calendar.

7. SIGN TIME CARDS

Time Cards

For each call sheet on the calendar, you will see a Sign Time Card button where crew members are required to update their time card information. Make sure your call time and wrap time are correct and include any adjustments if needed.

8. VIEW TIME CARDS

When an admin approves your time card, you can view all approved time cards from the Profiles tab. Keep track of the days you’ve worked and know which admin has approved your time card.

9. VIEW PAY STUBS

Paystubs

After your payroll is processed, you can view all your pay statements from the Profiles tab. Each pay stub will have additional information on your payment week such as gross, union taxes, year to dates, and more.
